OVERVIEW OF SERVICES

We provide all of the administrative functions for associations, including the best back office support in the industry, and financial statements prepared by full-charge accountants. Other functions include bookkeeping, payment of bills, follow-up on delinquencies, execution of contracts, insurance matters, attendance at Board and Owners meetings, handling of correspondence, and advising the Board on various issues an Association. We may also provide resident manager services, which include maintenance of buildings and grounds, enforcement of House Rules and security.
