KIHEI SHORES Located at 2747 South Kihei Road, is one of Maui's little know bargains. The complex, built in 1992, consists of  217 condominiums.  These one, two and three bedroom units, individually-owned, each come with  full kitchens, air conditioning, cable TV, private lanai or patio and  washer/dryer.  There are 2 parking spaces per unit -- one of which is assigned and the other "open" to allow for guest parking. MAUI LANI TERRACES Maui Lani Terraces located at 3740 Lower Honoapiilani Road in Lahaina offers affordable, quality living. There are studios, one, and two bedroom apartments, with six or twelve month leases. There are washer & dryers in the apartments, parking, swimming pool, A.C. and a great location close to shopping.

WAILEA PALMS Relax in luxury at the beautiful Wailea Palms, located at 3150 Wailea Alanui Drive. The one and two bedroom long-term rental units, are spacious and open, with breathtaking views of the Pacific. Enjoy the beautiful swimming pool, jacuzzi and fitness center. It is a short walking distance to all of the spectacular Wailea beaches and resorts.

PALMS I The Palms I is located above the Wailea Kai subdivision, it has 270 luxury units with views of the ocean, West Maui mountains and outer islands. There is a private recreation center with exercise room, lap pool, spa, barbeque pavilion and a whale watch tower.

MAALAEA KAI Maalaea Kai is located in Maalaea Bay, near the fishing harbor, restaurants and a swimming beach. There are lush, spacious grounds with a large swimming pool, putting green, barbecues and laundry facilities.

WAILEA FAIRWAY VILLAS
