Located at 2747 South Kihei Road, is one of Maui's little know bargains.

The complex, built in 1992, consists of  217 condominiums.  These one, two and three bedroom units, individually-owned, each come with  full kitchens, air conditioning, cable TV, private lanai or patio and  washer/dryer.  There are 2 parking spaces per unit -- one of which is assigned and the other "open" to allow for guest parking.

On-site amenities include a pool & spa and  BBQ's.
