Mt. Thomas has some elevation, affording harbor and island views. There is one four-story building with 32 units. Four different layouts range in size from one bedroom, one bath to two bedroom, two bath. It is a secured building with an elevator. This residential complex does not allow vacation rentals. There is a pool and BBQ area. No pets are allowed.
