We bolster community success by extending our assistance to staff and on-site managers through continuing education and training. We are the only Maui based company to be awarded the Accredited Management Organization designation by the Institute of Real Estate Management. We have also earned the Accredited Association Management Company designation awarded by the Community Associations Institute.

Innovative Management

Not only are we continually working to stay abreast of changes in the industry, we provide the best back office support, including having all financial statements prepared by full-charge accountants. We strive to find solutions to difficult association challenges. Our founder, Ron Kawahara, developed an electronic voting system, the first of its kind in the industry.
